At Tracy Anderson, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness equipment and apparel to ensure your workout results are never compromised. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
